Use this seal if a 2 gallon (9 litre) toilet cistern takes longer than 3 minutes to fill

Easy to install

Turn off water, flush toilet, lift float arm, push down on 400 and 747 upper cap assembly, turn anti-clockwise, remove cap assembly and seal
Remove seal: do not bend stainless steel stem. Replace seal flat side up
Hold cup over opening, turn water on and off to clear debris
Engage lugs, be sure cap assembly is fully turned to stop (resnap 747 float rod). Turn on water
